Warm Up - Ten mins Cardio

Perform warm up set of 20 repetitions with a light weight before each exercise

weighted chin ups 2 sets x 8-12 repetitions

Lat pull down 2 sets of 10 repetitions

One arm Row 3 sets of 12 repetitions

Cable Row 2 sets of 8 repetitions

Rear delt fly 1 set of 15 repetitions

Preacher curl 2 sets of 12 repetitions

Concentration curl 1 set (each arm) of 12 repetitions

Cool down - ten mins on cardio

Stretch
