Review:
Basically half of a stability ball on a platform. This piece of equipment can be used to carry out exercises such as squats, lunges, standing balances etc. that are more advanced, dangerous or not possible on a stability ball. Dumbells, strength bars, bands or a medicine ball can be incorportated to produce a whole body workout. Lots of beginner and advanced exercises can be done. A definate piece of equipment to buy if you are a personal trainer, or you are looking to do functional core exercises for your sport. A versatile piece of equipment that can be used to do many upper body, core and lower body exercises. One to think about after you have bought your stability ball!
