Review:
A very easy to use, yet extremely effective machine for beginners to advanced trainers. Technique is very simple, no heavy weights are used, and risk of injury is minimal. Learning time is virtually 0, therefore it is a perfect machine for beginners to get an effective upper body workout on. It can also be used very effectively as part of a back workout. 2, 30 secs all out work on level 8 is enough to finish off anybody! The higher levels make it great for power, lactate threshold and functional strength training, whereas the lower levels are brilliant for muscular endurance, and toning.

Positives:
Exellent upper body workout without using weights. Minimal risk of injury

Negatives:
Slightly bigger and more expensive than most home gym equipment.

Try and sit near the edge of the seat to ensure a good range of motion whilst using the machine.
