Review:
Absolute agony! - when you use this to 'massage' your IT band! I have used the foam roller for about 2 months now prior to my stretching routine and my flexibility has increased quite a bit. If used properly it also aids venous return after exercise. I prefer to use a stabiltity ball or bosu for core exercises.

Postives:
excellent at increasing flexibility, and for self massage. Also used in pilates. Very cheap.

Negatives :
Quite awkward to use sometimes. Quite painful when used on certain muscles.
