Recovery and Muscle
hypertrophy were the goals appointed to Drew during these consultations. Recovery
is almost always a problem with elite athletes training schedules, especially
with a hectic competitive season. Drew is an expert in the manipulation of
diet, and the integration of antioxidants and isoflavonoids to reduce oxidative
muscle damage, and to harness the replenishing potential of high blood insulin
levels experience immediately after training. Drew has also obtained many
hours experience as a personal trainer and a weight loss consultant. Drew
has previously worked as a personal trainer and nutritional consultant at
'Promise' in Surrey.
Promise is a new venture from LA Fitness, aimed at integrating
exercise, nutrition and lifestlye to help achieve permanent weight loss and
a sense of well being. Drew has also worked as a personal trainer in Chester,

Drew is available for home visit personal training. The cost of this service will depend upon the client's location, the number of sessions booked and also the date and time of the session(s). Personal training can be tailored to suit the requirements of the clients. Drew specialises in exercise designed to reduce high blood pressure and cholesterol, and to induce weight loss.
Nutritional Analysis - for children and adults
Drew incorporates the industry's top software, in conjunction with his own expertise to provide specific and also very detailed feedback on a food diary. This is an excellent starting point for a diet, and informs the client of what specific nutrients are lacking for optimal health, and how this can be manipulated to provide optimal nutrition. This service can be modified to suit an adult, a child or an athlete.
Diets & Nutritional Advice
Weight loss, healthy living, reduction of blood pressure and cholesterol, type II diabetes and sport specific diets are available. Diet plans are given over a 7 day period. It is recommended that these are purchased in conjunction with a nutritional analysis. Alternatively, nutritional advice is offered.
